Brent, Seth, and Sam Rise to the Occasion

With the trees leafed out, we were having interference in getting HD reception via the satellite. We had invited Brent's family over for watermelon last evening, and Sam asked about using their extended limb saw for this project. It didn't take this crew long to decide the job could be accomplished and went straight to the task.

Sam raised the bucket up with Brent and his two
sons inside where they began sawing off the offending branches.

National Anthem Sung by 10-year Old Girl

This is an amazing rendition of our National Anthem, the Star Spangled Banner, sung by a 10-year-old girl at the NBA finals in Miami.

So often in recent years, celebrities try to be creative with this patriotic song and end up ruining it in my opinion. I want to hear it sung with the original melody recognizable instead of all the warbling and off-key notes inserted.

Here is Julia Dale's performance. It is hard to believe this sound comes from one so young! I hope she will have positive experiences that will encourage her to continue to develop her talent while having a happy childhood.
