Some more photos of being with our family and remembering our 2023 reunion in Spanish Fork. We appreciated having additional time with those who were here after the official closing of the reunion.

Ireland Family Reunion - July 5
The agenda for the morning of Wednesday, July 5, was to go horseback riding after breakfast, and the kids enjoyed a water "baseball" game. After cleaning and packing up, the morning ended with root beer floats and a lunch using leftovers. According to the printed schedule, the reunion was officially ended after lunch.
It was nice that some family members were able to remain for a longer visit, and Trevor and Megan's family arrived from Arizona after the reunion due to Trevor's schedule.

Ireland Family Reunion 2023 - July 4th
Ireland Family Reunion - 4th Day - Fourth of July (Tuesday)
Patriot Games were on the agenda for the morning.
(A Payson Grotto hike was listed as an option as well as swimming and free time.)
No looking behind you. Largest container in front, smallest container in the back. Measure the ML of water gathered at the end.
One at a time, swim across the "Delaware River" (swimming pool) using akickboard and score a basket. Keep track of the number of posts your team scores.
Lay in a circle on your backs with legs in the air. Place a full bucket of water balancing on feet. One at a time, take your shoes off. Don't spill or you start over. You will be timed to see who is the fastest!
Run and jump on the tube and try to knock all the pins down. You can't use your hands or feet to knock them down. Go one at a time! Keep track of how many strikes your team gets.
Adults, you need to be blindfolded. If you are under 12 you do not need to wear one. Each of you will have 1 minute to pick up as many toys as you can with our toes! Whichever team picks up the most toys, wins!
Keep track of points scored. You can only hit the ball with pool noodle. Stay on the tarp! Don't run over little kids.
Stand opposite of a member of your team (3 feet apart). With each successful catch and throw, take a step back. If your balloon pops, you have to restart from the beginning distance. The team that gets the furthest distance at the end of the time, wins.
You have one minute to get as many points as you can. Adults will need to stand on the back line. Kids under 12 can stand on the front line. Count up your team's points at the end.
Lunch was at Salem Pond's Knoll Park with the opportunity for paddle boarding and playing on the beach.
