Spring Scenes

Someone asked me recently how often I post in my blog.  My reply was that it depends on what else is going on in my life.  Here I am playing catch up looking back at April and part of May.

A special evening was being in the 
Mount Timpanogos Temple with Scott and Kristine's Shannon
as she prepares for her mission.

It was nice Brittney was able to come to Utah
to share this time with family and
go to the temple with Shannon (her sister).

It is always fun for us to have family visits.

Time to say "goodbye" to Brittney and children,
but it was nice to know we would be seeing
them soon at our family reunion.

 Also a "goodbye" to Shannon,
but looking forward to one more visit with her
at the reunion before she leaves for
her mission in the Philippines.

We appreciated the time Scott spent
edging the lawn while they were here.



Another rainbow to enjoy.

A special treat was having Harvey Bauss, our dear friend from Ann Arbor,
call to say he was visiting in Provo;
and we were glad he could come to spend some time with us.
Of course, we missed his sweet wife, Helen,
who has passed on after being bedridden for several years.

Beth and I enjoyed attending Women's Conference
at BYU on May 2nd and 3rd.

A highlight at Women's Conference was hearing the talk 
by Elder D. Todd Christofferson.

I enjoyed going with Beth and Rebecca
to see the play, Newsies,
at Spanish Fork High School.
