Sometimes, having many books, earning certificates, or learning theories is not enough.
In real life, some challenges cannot be solved by knowledge that simply stays in our minds.
We need to know which knowledge to use, when to use it, and how to put it into practice.
Look at the picture.
The vehicle is loaded with books, yet the person in need is still struggling to deal with his situation.
The same is true in our spiritual lives.
We may know many scriptures, attend numerous lessons, listen to General Conference messages, and memorize verses.
But if we do not use what we learn to do good, forgive others, love, serve, and obey God, how can we show that we truly understand those teachings?
It is not just the amount of knowledge we possess that matters, but how we live by it.
The scriptures put into practice can bring hope to someone who feels discouraged.
A lesson about forgiveness can heal a broken relationship.
And a simple reminder from God can guide us in making the right decision.
“Be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.”
— James 1:22
It is not enough to hear the word of God.
We are called to act upon it.
True wisdom is demonstrated not only through what we say or know, but also through our decisions, behavior, and the way we treat others.
*“What lesson or principle do I already know but still need to put into practice?”*
Do not allow what you learn to remain mere information. Let it guide your actions, decisions, and faith.
KNOWLEDGE or ACTION — which one do you need to improve today?
