Spanish Fork Utah Temple Site

On October 6, the Spanish Fork City Council approved a zone change and preliminary plat for Oak Village, a master-planned development where the Spanish Fork Utah Temple will be located. The preliminary plat includes 110 single-family residential lots, while three separate parcels are designated for the existing meetinghouses and future temple. Plans for the residential neighborhood include improved road connections, pedestrian trails, and frontage improvements along 100 South and Spanish Fork Parkway. A roundabout is also planned as part of the development. The temple remains in the design phase, and final plans will be submitted to the City later.
